Convatec has partnered with Corstrata, a nursing telehealth company, to provide one telehealth ostomy support visit at no cost. These video visits include visual assessment, live demonstration, and education to help support your ostomy care.

How your visit works

• Share your contact information and basic ostomy details.
• Choose a date and time — we'll match you with a board-certified nurse licensed in your state.
• Complete the consent form.
• Meet by secure Zoom video; you'll receive your appointment details and Zoom link by email and/or text.
• Please be ready to change your ostomy appliance so your nurse can assess your stoma, peristomal skin, and pouching system.
